How Long After I Place An Order Will It Be Shipped?
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within two business day(s) of the order. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order depending on USPS.

*Shipping estimates are in no way guaranteed especially during high volume shipping seasons. I.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving or any holiday where the USPS is closed. If the USPS is closed we will ship the following business day.
What If I Need My Order Shipped Faster?
Most packages will be shipping USPS priority depending on your location from Lousiana anywhere from 1-2 or 2-3days.
- USPS Ground: Typically arrives within 2-7 business days.
- USPS 2nd Day: Arrives within 2 business days (excluding the day of shipment).
What Can Cause My Order To Be Delayed?
- If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
- If your “ship to” address is different than your billing address, we will call and verify to make sure you (the card holder) is/are the person placing the order. This process may delay your order.
- All orders placed with a value of $100+ MUST be verified by the customer for fraud purposes. This is company policy and is done for our protection as well as our customer's. If you place an order that needs to be verified, customer service will contact you via the phone number listed on file.
- During large sales and promotional events, shipping time can be delayed up to 2 business days. Please note that orders are only shipped on business days (Monday-Friday).
- During our promotional and peak shopping days period your order may not be shipped as quickly as normal. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method so you can receive your order on time! Your patience is greatly appreciated and we will do everything possible to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address Once My Order Is Placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible at 575-386-6236 so that we can correct your ship to address. Once your package has shipped USPS charges a $12 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address.This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
What’s your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 1313 Quincy Dr Bossier City Louisiana US 71111.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
